Why Personal Coaching? Why now?

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? ~ Mary Oliver

OPPORTUNITY is one way to view our current situation, whatever it is.

The opportunity of Covid isolation inspired me to begin helping others via coaching, using the enneagram as my main tool.

Coaching, in my experience, is an opportunity to connect, to listen, to reflect, to teach, and to share with my fellow humans in a respectful and loving way.

And I LOVE doing it.

A client says this about her coaching experience with me:

Your talent with the  enneagram — cultivated over many years — is a  shining example of your ability to receive really big downloads from Source and then to translate this big picture into language and words that I can understand and apply. This is a blessing.

When you are ready to begin exploring your dreams and possibilities — free of unnecessary limitation — I’m here. My rates are affordable and your initial call is free.

Kathryn has a caring, informative, and nonjudgemental approach that has helped me discover my true potential. I had been criticizing myself for years, filling my mind with self-doubt. Coaching with Kathryn was the antidote that helped me redirect my thoughts and change my life.

Enneagram Typing

Coaching begins with identifying and understanding your enneatype. Maybe you already know it. If not, we’ll figure it out together. Perhaps this is enough.

If we decide to continue, we will explore areas of your life experience that are calling for your attention—self care, communication, relationship, sensuality, for example—through the wise and compassionate lens of the enneagram.

We can work together on a schedule or as needed. When indicated, I can refer you to a colleague with expertise in your area of interest.

Whatever it takes to enhance your life.
