Medicine Moves: A Playshop Series

Hello friend ~

I’m happy you’re reading this! The Medicine Moves Playshop series might be for you if …

  • you love music (and are ready to hear some new tunes)

  • you need more movement in your life (but not in a public setting)

  • you would enjoy a friendly community experience (facilitated by an experienced leader)

  • you are interested in freeform movement (and are looking for guidance and inspiration)

  • you can spend 1.5 hours on six Wednesdays starting 2/21 at noon ET, 11 CT, 10 MT, 9 PT

Yes? Maybe? Read on.

Here’s the flow for our six sessions, which will be co-facilitated by my wonderful friend and powerful yogini Lindsay Katalyna Keiser. .

Freedom within Form (starting where you are; playing within safe, familiar somatic structures)

Base and Beat (feet on floor, butt in chair, or back body on mat: let the magic begin … )

Spine in Six Directions (standing, sitting, reclining, and/or hands and knees – options abound!)

Play (witness my and others’ playfulness; find your way into your own when you’re ready)

Breath (breath play, not breath work; no experience or training required)

Voice (no worries ~ you’ll be muted … )

Not coordinated? Fine. Me neither.

Can’t dance? No problem.

Self-conscious? Fine to turn off your camera.

Have limitations? We’ll work with whatever you bring.

Not sure you can hang in for six sessions? You can pay a bit more to drop in to individual sessions, or you can purchase the series and give your leftovers to a friend.

Unable to afford the price for the six sessions, which is $180 for all six, or $35 each? Talk to me … we’ll make it happen.

Ready to say yes? PayPal to PayPal.Me/KathrynThomas92 or Venmo to Kathryn-Thomas-92. If this is a gift, I’ll send you a pretty certificate you can forward.

Questions? Contact me: kathryn@wellwisestrong.com. I would LOVE to talk with you about how movement can be medicine for YOU.

Love, Kathryn

P.S. Three times each week, I lead online freeform movement events for a growing community that are free (or by donation, if inclined). Moving to music is healing medicine for me, and I want to share this healing experience with as many people as I can.

If you are ready, join in now! Everything you need to know – dates, times, login links, playlists for those who use Spotify and want a preview – are on my calendar in two views: monthly and scrollable

Not quite ready? The Playshop Series I described above can help get you there ...
