This evening we welcome the spring equinox, which occurred yesterday. The playlist is longer, and the two-hour experience will be inwardly focused. I suggest bringing your journal, if you have one, as well as comfort items — tea, cushions, a blanket — and any ceremonial items you may have for creating an altar in your space. Or just bring yourself.
As always with still.being.moved events, we sit, we move, and we witness. The music encourages progression through physical, emotional, imaginal, and spiritual states. The playlist for this event contains three brief silence breaks to encourage meditation or journaling.
