Now in my mid-70s, I enjoy my life beyond what I ever thought possible. 

I still enjoy endurance, grace, balance, high quality sleep, fulfilling sex, close friendships, practical wisdom, and spontaneous joy in abundance.

I love my life. Every part of it. Even the older-person stuff — including the creaky body and the sometimes unreliable memory and the other necessary losses. All of it belongs.

 

Several practices have contributed …

My work now is to inspire and guide other people – YOU – towards a healthy lifestyle that supports and sustains physical vitality, emotional stability, and mental clarity – so that YOU may more readily bring forth YOUR gifts into the world.

  • A lifelong dedication to learning, informed by a PhD in Education. 

  • My devotion to self-awareness, particularly through Enneagram study and meditation.

  • My personal healing from long term gut issues through diet.

  • An extensive and varied music library with curated playlists for each practice I offer. 

  • A blend of compassion and playfulness cultivated through long life experience.
