About Kathryn
Now in my mid-70s, I enjoy my life beyond what I ever thought possible.
I still enjoy endurance, grace, balance, high quality sleep, fulfilling sex, close friendships, practical wisdom, and spontaneous joy in abundance.
I love my life. Every part of it. Even the older-person stuff — including the creaky body and the sometimes unreliable memory and the other necessary losses. All of it belongs.

My work now is to inspire and guide other people – YOU – towards a healthy lifestyle that supports and sustains physical vitality, emotional stability, and mental clarity – so that YOU may more readily bring forth YOUR gifts into the world.
