We celebrate the spring equinox by gathering in silence for five minutes. We may meditate, or we may record what we bring and/or intend for our experience, perhaps by writing in a journal. This is private. Written instructions will be posted.
After the silence, the 52-minute playlist begins. As always with still.being.moved events, we sit, we move, and we witness. As always, the music encourages progression through physical, emotional, imaginal, and spiritual states.
When the playlist ends, we maintain five more silence for meditation or journaling. Afterwards, those who wish to maintain silence can witness or sign off and the rest may share what we notice about our experience and/or our intentions moving forward.
All bodies are welcome. Bring your desire, imagination, and uniqueness. This is YOUR safe container — and friendly community — for connecting with your body, experiencing and releasing emotions, opening to creativity and imagination, cultivating witness consciousness, and/or practicing stillness.
